Kosher Meat

Our Palo Alto store cuts Kosher bison, veal, lamb, Glatt beef, chicken, turkey and lunch meats every Wednesday under the supervision of Vaad Hakashrus of Northern California. All of our Kosher meat is USDA Choice or higher.

Mollie's Own Sausages

Sausage lovers are raving about our Mollie's Own chicken and pork gourmet sausages, available in our meat departments. These sausages are made in-house from the highest quality ingredients and feature such tantalizing flavors as Thai Mango, Bratwurst, Habanero and Chicken Apple.

Our sausages taste great when pan-fried over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes. The chicken sausages are lean, so use a little bit of olive oil coating on the pan before frying. Also try barbecuing Mollie's Own sausages over low-heat coals for about 15 minutes. Whichever cooking method you choose, continue to turn them often to ensure the sausages cook thoroughly and consistently.

Homemade Kabobs

Mollie Stone's grass-fed beef comes from cattle that are raised on California family ranches, where they enjoy a healthy grass and range forage diet - just the way nature intended! Our grass-fed cattle are never fed or administered antibiotics, subjected to hormone-induced growth, or fed animal byproducts or grain-based feeds.
