Pecan Cheese Ball

Yield: 2 cups spread

Ingredients

Directions:

Blend cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer. Shape cheese mixture into ball; roll in pecans. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with Ritz crackers.
