Combine all ingredients, except spaghetti, in 3 to 4 quart slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, cook spaghetti in a separate pot according to package directions. Drain.
Spoon sauce over spaghetti.
