Spread prepared bean dip evenly on a 10 to 12 inch serving platter or plate; set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and taco seasoning; spread evenly over the top of the bean dip. Sprinkle with olives, chicken, tomato, onion and cheddar cheese.
Cover the platter with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with chips or crackers of your choice.
