Beer-Simmered Beans

Yield: 3-1/2 cups

Directions:

In a large saucepan combine pinto beans, kidney beans, beer, peppers, garlic, cumin and salt. Cook, covered, over low heat for 8 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
