Yield: 6 to 8 servings
| 2 | cups | watermelon, seeded and cubed | |

| 2 | cups | honeydew melon, cubed | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | Casaba melon, cubed | |
|
|
|||
| 10 | ounces | feta cheese, cubed | |
|
|
|||
| Garnish: | |||
| 6 | Tablespoons | chopped fresh spearmint leaves | |
|
|
|||
Toss cut fruit and cheese.
Chill.
Just prior to serving add chopped spearmint.
Note:
Any combination of melons works.
