Enjoy with boiled or roasted new potatoes and a glass of Chardonnay.

Brush the split lobster with melted butter.
Place on the grill, shell-side down, for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
Turn and cook an additional 4 minutes until the lobster meat is white and no longer translucent.
Remove from the grill and brush again with melted butter and the juice of half of the lemon.
Cut the other half of the lemon into wedges. Garnish the lobster with the cilantro and lemon wedges, then enjoy!
