Our fish buyers have a clear responsibility: Find out what's in season, where it's from-and sell it while it's fresh. Although we buy fish from all over the world, Mollie Stone's specializes in local fish, such as rock cod, lingcod, petrale sole, salmon and halibut. In some cases, as with local King Chinook salmon, we even have our own fishermen. With a few rare and unavoidable exceptions, every piece of fish we sell is caught and delivered fresh six days a week. |
